Upon arrival, they discovered two individuals who had been stabbed during a confrontation. The victims, identified as 28-year-old Alyshah Punjani and 30-year-old Adrian Williams Jr., were transported to a local hospital, where they later died from their injuries. Naffarratte sustained a minor cut during the altercation and was treated at the scene. He was subsequently taken into custody and charged with two counts of capital murder.
