Frances Bagley
Frances Bagley is based in Dallas, Texas and has an extensive career spanning 40 years. They were commissioned to design sets and costumes for Verdi’s Nabucco for the Dallas Opera’s 50th Anniversary season. They also created the Wildlife Water Theater that remained at White Rock Lake for almost two decades. Another public installation, “Forest of Light,” featured 57 colorful steel poles and 23 LED poles and became a prominent feature at the UT Southwestern Medical Center.
