Throughout his career, Murphy held various executive roles in investment banking, mortgage banking, and private equity within major U.S. cities, including New York City, San Francisco, and Dallas. One of his proudest moments professionally was ringing the bell at the New York Stock Exchange as an executive for Nationstar Mortgage Holdings, Inc.
